Anita Grigor, DVM
Dr. Grigor knew at a very young age that she wanted to be a veterinarian and was always finding stray or injured animals and begging to bring them home and nurse them back to health. She grew up in Cleveland Heights and went to undergrad at Bowling Green State University. Dr. Grigor later attended Michigan State University Veterinary School and graduated in 2020. She has a special interest in geriatric animals (she has a 19-year-old rat terrier!), dentistry, and exotics.
Dr. Grigor truly enjoys fostering and volunteering at the Cleveland APL, rescued is her favorite breed! Before vet school (and during) Dr. Grigor spent many years volunteering in the clinic of the APL getting much-needed hands-on experience. Her husband, John, and she just bought a house in Fairview Park and are loving the Westside! Her family includes an 11-year-old bonus daughter, Ella, 2 dogs (Snickers and Bear), 2 cats (Moxie and Zen), and usually a foster cat or dog.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, walking her dogs in the metro parks, reading, baking, and refinishing antique furniture.
